During that 45 minutes most of the product has been absorbed into the skin so it is not necessary to leave it on longer. The product continues to work in your system for 72 hours so simply wear the applicator for 45 minutes, remove and rub in the additional lotion that was left on your skin. Wash off the next time you bathe or shower.
Q. How often can you apply the Applicators?
A. The Ultimate, Abs/Back, Legs/Arm and Chin Applicators should only be used once during a 72 hour period. Use the Defining Gel on the days you don’t put The Applicator to maximize the results.
The Facial Applicator is formulated differently and may be used as often as desired.

Dr. Garza created the Applicators to help you tighten, tone and lose inches from any target area. You should get wonderful results if you follow the exact instructions to the T. Read the instructions below.
Step 1: Drink a 16 ounce glass of water before Applicator use and drink lots over the days ahead.
Step 2: Take a hot shower or rub a warm wash cloth on your target area to help open the pores of your skin.
Step 3: Cut open the gel beads (or vial) and rub the lotion on your target area, 2 beads per pair of Legs/Arms, 1 bead with Chin and 0 beads with the Facial Applicator). Our newly formulated 4 pack of abs Applicators does not come with a vial or beads. The lotion comes pre applied to these Applicators only.
Step 4: Unfold the Applicator and place firmly onto your skin. Use elastic band that comes in the package to hold in place if needed.
Note: The elastic band only comes with a three/four pack. If you only purchased one Applicator, use an ace bandage or saran wrap to ensure good contact between the Applicator and the skin.Step 5: Leave on your skin for at least an hour and make sure there is good contact with your skin and the Applicator. You may sleep in it to see better and more immediate results. Don't sleep with the Facial Applicator.
Step 6: Wait 72 hours for your next Applicator treatment and repeat process until you are satisfied with your results.
